How do luggage transfers work?
At Carryabag, booking luggage transfers along the Cotswold Way couldn't be easier.
Here's how our simple, but effective process works...
Step One: Book your transfers
Once you have established and finalised your walking itinerary, you can book your luggage transfers online via our system or by sending us an email or speaking to us on the phone.
We can collect and deliver your luggage from many accommodation providers, we just require the full address, telephone number and a safe place.
Step Two: We'll process your itinerary
Once we have received your booking, our team will do the rest. We will process your transfers based on your itinerary and will send you a confirmation to confirm that the dates and accommodation providers are correct.
Step Three: Prepare your luggage for collection
At your first accommodation provider, please ensure that your luggage is clearly labelled to ensure that both the accommodation provider and our driver can determine who they belong to.
Don't worry too much as our driver will also secure a Carryabag label onto your luggage too.
Step Four: Collection & Drop Off
Please ensure that your bags are ready for collection at the accommodation provider’s reception area or dropped off in the luggage room from 9am. Our driver will then collect and aim to deliver your bags to your next accommodation provider by 4:30pm.
